Jordan takes the lead on all interior architecture, design and workplace consultancy projects and is recognised as one of the leading talents in the UK, bringing fresh thinking to interior fit-out and refurbishment of commercial spaces. This design talent is grounded with a practical commercial awareness and technical knowledge.
Jordan is a multiple BCO (British Council for Offices) award winner and also achieved the BCO ‘rising star’ award, an industry wide programme acknowledging outstanding contributions to the commercial property sector.
Nick Hughes
Director
Nick specialises in project management and is highly respected for his skills in project delivery, cost control, and contract administration, together with providing traditional building surveying services such as dilapidations, pre-acquisition and pre-lease surveys.
Nick is also a qualified CDM Co-ordinator (principal designer) and oversees all Health and Safety matters for hybridd.
