The interior fit-out for Brooks Macdonald, the independent wealth management firm, established the company’s first Scottish office in the heart of Edinburgh city centre.

The design creates a professional, contemporary workplace with a warm and welcoming character. The reception provides a strong sense of arrival through a considered palette of finishes and the subtle integration of Brooks Macdonald’s brand identity.

High-end, residential-inspired client lounges provide comfortable settings for conversations and relationship-building, offering a more relaxed alternative to traditional meeting rooms. Beyond the client areas, open-plan workstations are complemented by private meeting rooms, touchdown spaces and flexible settings for informal meetings and collaboration.

Workstations benefit from natural light, while glazed partitions maintain visual connection across the floor and allow daylight to travel through the interior. Natural timber, soft grey finishes and muted blue tones are balanced by black metalwork and an exposed ceiling grid. Acoustic screening, soft upholstery and carefully selected furniture add comfort and definition.

The completed fit-out delivers a flexible and assured workplace that supports focused work, collaboration and confidential client engagement while reinforcing Brooks Macdonald’s presence in Scotland.
